Wedding Dress Quilt for Jenna

Jenna had a beautiful wedding dress, with a big tulle skirt.  She wanted a quilt with a ruffle, and a feather quilting design.  She also wanted some of the flowers from the bodice incorporated into the design.

The top of the quilt was made from the satin underneath all that tulle!  I used the sash and bow from the dress around the center, and the outer border of the quilt was also covered with the tulle.  Then I put a ruffle made from the skirt around the edge, with the beaded flower embellishments.

 The quilt was heavily quilted in a pretty feather design, with beaded flowers in the corners and center.
